About Us

The founder, Nathan Myers, is a farmer, property developer, and project manager. He successfully developed a vacant 7-acre property in Kilauea, Kaua’i from invasive forest and pasture into a thriving permaculture farm with dwellings, livestock, gardens, orchards & food forests. A former CPA, he moved to Hawai’i to work with the land, and Kaua’i became home. He brings hands-on experience with a successful ag dedication on a 7-acre parcel, building and landscape design, and farm design and installation.

  • If we're a good fit, we move to a detailed discovery phase. For a flat fee, we'll conduct an in-depth assessment including site visits, soil and water analysis, regulatory review, and preliminary farm planning. This phase delivers a customized proposal with a bid for full implementation. If you accept the bid, your discovery fee is credited back in full.

  • Once approved, we handle the heavy lifting. This includes:

    • Designing a tailored farm plan in collaboration with you. This includes a detailed farm plan with survey maps, drone photography, production schedules, legal entities, all as required by your goals.

    • Setting up the agricultural operation, from infrastructure (like irrigation, fencing, planting) to initial production.

    • Submitting all necessary paperwork and liaising with county officials to apply for agricultural dedication issuance. We ensure everything complies with Hawaii's ag regulations, aiming for smooth approval and activation.

  • After setup, we provide monthly maintenance services to keep your ag operations running efficiently. This covers monitoring, adjustments, harvests, and continued compliance support. Fees are based on your property's scale and needs.
